Traditional Thai Massage focuses on unblocking the channels in the body,or "Sen" lines that carry the energy flow of the vital life force or "Lom" in the body.Blockages cause an inbalance,resulting in sickness & pain. The therapist will use a combination of firm acupressure and yoga like stretches directly & indirectly on the body's pressure point & Sen lines to relieve the blockages & restore balance. Once the body's energy flow is in balance,the sense of well-being returns,the client feels energised & relaxed,and pain is alleviated. The amount of pressure applied by the therapist can be customised to a client's preference.
